These terms are between you and Odd Eggs Studio, who make Bricked Party. By playing you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains what we collect.

Your account

You can play as a guest. A guest account lives on your phone: lose the phone or delete the app without saving it, and it's gone. Saving it with Apple or Google keeps it safe. One person, one account; don't share or sell accounts.

Play fair, be decent

• No cheating, bots, modified apps or exploiting bugs. Tell us about bugs instead.
• No offensive, hateful or impersonating display names.
• No harassment, including through emotes or repeated invites.

We may rename an account, mute its emotes, remove it from ranked play or ban it when these rules are broken. A ban signs you out on every device.

Purchases and virtual items

You can buy optional items, such as the Night Shift pack, Juice, the starter pack and season passes, through the App Store or Google Play. Virtual items and Juice have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, and are a licence to use them in the game, not property. We never sell random rewards for money. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.

We may change, balance or retire items and game modes. If we ever shut the game down, we'll give notice in the app and stop selling items well before.

The game and this website

Bricked Party, its critters, art, sounds and code belong to Odd Eggs Studio. You may share screenshots and clips of your games. The game is provided as it is; we work to keep it running and fair, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app before it applies. Keep playing after that and the new terms apply; if you disagree, you can delete your account.
